很好的一家酒店。家具陈设好像十八十九世纪的样子。酒店位置很好就在镇中心，但是却很安静。服务人员前台还是客房或者餐厅都非常友好热情。酒店的早晚餐也出乎意料的好。总之，无论是短期还是长期停留这里都是非常舒适的！

As you say, we do have two other establishments on the Market Square, providing a multitude of different dining options for our frequent business guests. Thank you for your review of your stay in our sister accommodation, The Vaults. We do indeed have three dog-friendly rooms at The Falcon, and two in our Vaults cottage. As noted the price difference between the Falcon and The Vaults is quite marked, with the Vaults offering a B & B standard. We do have 40” TVs at the Falcon, and after your feedback, will look at increasing the television size at The Vaults in future. We are pleased that you enjoyed your breakfast with us and that your dog could come along too! We look forward to welcoming you back to The Falcon and The Vaults again soon.

It was lovely to have your group staying with us, and we are pleased that everything was to your liking. We have a variety of rooms, from twins, to family rooms and some suites, so there are plenty of options for group bookings. We have indeed been renovating The Falcon over the past year in the hope of returning it to its former glory, and a place which locals and visiting guests can enjoy and relax in. We hope to be able to welcome you all back again soon.

We do indeed have a half an hour break between 11.00am and 11.30am for the kitchen, in order to allow the chef’s to prepare for the next service. Our sister establishment in Uppingham, The Vaults, does serve between these times. We are a constantly evolving business and I shall ensure that your comments are considered in our next review of service times.
