Comfy and good food
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel—perfectly comfy for my trip! Yuen and Steve in the restaurant were outstanding, offering warm, attentive service that elevated every meal. The rooms were cozy, clean, and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a delightful getaway!

Nice place
Nice hotel. Food in restaurant was very tasty. Excellent service from Yuen and Dean. Hotel itself very clean and well presented. Good facilities. Very friendly staff. No issues at all with any part of my stay. Would highly recommend. Good location

Great customer service
Stayed here for a business trip. Excellent customer service. The restaurant was really good and catered for my dietary needs. Our servers yuen and dean were so accommodating and welcoming . They helped me and made sure everything dietary was perfect for me. Highly recommend this hotel.

10 star!!!
We can for a conference but have had a really relaxing time. The receptionist staff were very welcoming. The cleaners have been keen to direct us to lifts and other services. The service here has been 10 star from the moment we walked in. I must mention the amazing service from Yuen and Dean. Thank you all!

Worth a Stay
A pleasant hotel to stay at. Clean, tidy and value for money. The ambience of the hotel is excellent. We stayed for three nights over the easter period. We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and Dean and his team honestly could not do more for the 70th birthday we were celebrating. They were truly tremendous.
The breakfast was good. It did vary in standard depending on how busy the service was, but overall it was more than acceptable.
We did not use the leisure facilities but we did note there was a lot of people attending the fitness facilities.
I did spill a full cocktail and the staff could not have been more helpful in cleaning up the mess.
The location of the hotel just off the M54 was a benefit and very easy to find.
Downside, bathroom in our room could do with modernising. Silicone certainly features a lot, along with the delamination of the bathroom door. Patching up has clearly taken place, so hopefully an upgrade is in the pipeline to happen soon.
Not many of the staff meet/greet you with a smile. This costs nothing and goes a long way............................... for free.
The area where the darts and pool table is has not been respected by residents and this area could do with a tidy up.
There were also some hotel guests on our floor who thought that the idea of smoking weed was acceptable. It stank out the hotel floor. Hope these idiots pay for their stupidity. Unfortunately hotels are prone to being innocent in having to unwittingly be victims of d**k heads, who know best and have total disregard for any one else.
The ultimate question is would we stay there again, the answer without doubt is yes.
