Thank you for your recent review of the Hampton Inn & Suites Montreal (Dorval). We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your constructive feedback regarding your recent stay. We apologize that on this occasion your stay was disappointing and did not meet your expectations.
It is the feedback from our guests that enable us to continually improve and exceed those standards. The West Island is known in the suburb and yes we are in an industrial area. We do have a big corporate clientele. We do not advertised to have 24 hour shuttle because we do not have a high demands like other hotels that are closer to the airport.

出差住了一周
早餐是普通的汉普顿早餐有热食和冷食。
我使用了酒店的健身中心和很小但有一种漂亮的举重器材有限。 有一个球的稳定性,瑜伽垫和药球但是真的没有空间去使用它们。 晚上非常热的太阳从西边来。
我还会再来这里住的但是下次可能会住在一个套房酒店以同样的价格。
有一件事,这里真的没有什么餐馆都在步行距离之内。
