Nice and simple

I have been to this hotel three times and the truth is I don't agree with many of the opinions, the rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is good, (
not much more than that) the pool is in good condition, the staff is pleasant and the price-quality ratio is fair, I recommend it, I went alone and I would go again without a doubt.

Regular hotel

I stayed 4 nights in one of the apartments of P.B. It had air conditioning that worked perfectly, a TV that to watch the channels looked very very bad, even though the maintenance Mr wanted to fix it and could not. Relatively comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast very basic, there were no cold meats, no variety of fruits, no eggs and neither did they give you knives (because they are supposedly stolen by guests), super watered coffee. The outdoor pool I could never use as despite wanting to clean it remained very dirty and noticeable lack of maintenance in general. The staff at the Hotel all super correct and very friendly. Generally a hotel with very noisy people, kicking the floor, throwing cigarette butts out the windows, goodie papers, music at the taco anytime. That's why my low grade.

Lousy

One of the worst things that can happen to you on a family vacation, the old and damaged facilities, the pipes with rotten water, yellowed and stained sheets, the parking lot 5 blocks away and if they give the key to another customer you stay outside the parking lot waiting for them. the other guest deigns to come. Everything from the staff was very very messy. Nothing to do with the photos they publish... I will never return

THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERROR!!!!

It was a horrible experience, we went with the family, we stayed just one night and we didn't even want to stay, we did because it was too late to leave, we arrived and at 40" the power went out, we were in the pool, people got scared, we could see explosions. lights in the reception and everyone in the pool looked like a literal titanic, the little ones were crying scared! They don't give you towels for the pool or changing rooms, so everyone comes out dripping water, so in the elevator everything is wet, the floors are a disaster and dangerous, the elevator of the year 80, all the facilities are from the year 80 and without maintenance. The photos they publish on their page do not correspond to the current state, the pool, apart from being old without maintenance, was dirty, the green water, the corridors and rooms were terrifying, the sheets were really dirty stained with rust and even suspicious fluids stuck dry, it is seen that they do not change them when there is a change of passengers, we had to put our sheets that we had by chance because we came from being in a house on vacation and we wanted to extend our vacation and it was a bad idea to go here!!!! Afterwards, the bathroom was dirty, the door without a sliding handle and it didn't run was broken so we had to use the bathroom with the door open, the toilets and bathtub and the vanity were disgusting, dirty, old, dirty plastic shower curtain full of mold. I have a photo of everything!!!!!!The mattresses are disgusting, the light table all inflated, the paint chipped off, everything made you want to vomit, the broken ceiling, you can see some pipes with moisture! the window glasses have not been cleaned for years, the truth is I take the time because I don't want more people to be deceived by the photos they publish, they are not current, they must have been from 20 years ago, now it is in decline, it should be closed, it is not even a star ! I'm not going to give an opinion about breakfast because obviously seeing so much dirt before our eyes I didn't want to imagine what the kitchen was like, very dirty, all without maintenance! Agustin at the reception treated us well but that is not enough, one pays an expensive price for what the place is, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!! It's a shame, it's a scam, we went the night of February 11, 2024, it cost us $140,000. the night a robbery is not worth it!!!! (US$140.') so that the price is updated over time. I think about the people who pay for a week's stay and you find that, the truth is that it ruins your vacation; Of course I complained to the manager, who himself recognized that what they charge is a scam and what condition this place is in. I can't say it's not a hotel, it looks like a house usurped by the state!!! The reception and facade are deceptive, we are guided by that and by the attention, we paid without first seeing a big ERROR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! THE STATE IS DISGUSTING

I do not recommend it

My opinion about the hotel is the following, they show you photos that are not what they give you, the rooms leave a lot to be desired, not to mention the bathroom, the smell of the water, the old stained towels, the people do not respect rest hours, They bang on the doors, they shout in the hallways until late at night. A disappointment. The photos are very nice, but I do not recommend the hotel.
