열정적이고 활기찬 젊은 팀은 우리에게 놀라운 숙박을 제공하기 위해 자신의 방법을 밖으로 갔다. 좋은 음식 & 와인 선택. 훌륭한 아침 식사 및 오전 7시부터 오전 11시까지 열려 있으므로 아침에 서두를 필요가 없습니다. 객실은 커피, 차 및 물로 잘 장식되어 있습니다. 우리는 성과 물 전면에 좋은 전망을 가지고 스위트를했다. 호텔은 리스본의 중심에 위치하고 있습니다. 프런트 데스크 팀은 택시부터 사무실 보증까지 모든 것을 준비했습니다. 팀 전체에 많은 신용을 부여해야합니다, 그들은 함께 잘 작동 & 그것은 분명히 그들은 손님에 관심이 있었다. 우리는 다시 돌아올 것입니다.

좋은 호텔 중앙, 매우 도움이 직원. 매력적인 방은 매우 작은 5 성급 호텔 객실 문은 매우 시끄럽습니다. 우리는 옆 방에서 청소 청소 여성을 아주 잘 들을 수 있었다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절하고 친절했습니다.

Simply amazing
This hotel is all you can ask for. Beautiful decor, wonderful service and perfect location. Rooms are cozy, quiet and all amenities included Breakfast included ‘a la carte’ menu and buffet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was well worth the price.

Gorgeous, brand new five star hotel in the heart of Lisbon!
My husband and I flew from New York to spend three nights in Lisbon and stayed at the Art Legacy Hotel. It is an artfully designed, well appointed Boutique luxury hotel. The staff are terrific and eager to serve. Breakfast was delicious and included in the booking. The rooms are small, but incredibly beautiful and well thought out with top right linens. Highly recommend!

Zero comfort
I never expected such a disappointing experience from a 5-star hotel. I don't travel much but when I travel I mainly claim comfort and convenience.
I stayed with friends from 30/12/24 to 2/1/25, and we were looking forward to leaving.
We opted for balcony rooms, more expensive than the others for space and views but despite this it was a stay of great discomfort.
The room is very small, there is no table to place the suitcase, no bedside tables, nor enough lighting to look for something that has fallen to the ground or slam the shins at the edges that come out of the bed put in the center of the room.
The wardrobe is positioned behind the bed with hinged doors that, if opened, preclude the passage. In the evening we left the wardrobe doors open to have a glimmer of light in the room, illuminated exclusively by dim LEDs in the false ceiling, 2 small lampshades and 2 micro spotlights facing the paintings.
Only furniture: large oval-shaped armchair against the window unfortunately unsuitable for a suitcase because steep.
There is no light in the corridor nor coat or bag hangers, in the bathroom there are 2 on the door where you are forced to hang beauty (the sink has no adjacent tops), so from the shower it is impossible to access bathrobes / shower towels.
I came back with bruises to my legs and a bump on my head because in the bathroom the crystal transparent shower, leans towards the front door.
Last but not least, the bathroom lacks a bidet.
Unfortunately, the design is not enough to ensure guests' comfort.
For New Year's Eve we had dinner at the hotel, the price was high but we read about a promotion that gave discount on rooms, which was never applied.
The staff is very but not organized and does not communicate with each other, in the three days of breakfast in the room, after leaving it written at reception, only 1 time I was delivered what I requested and just because I repeated it by phone, there were still no coffees...
Overall disappointing for the amount spent of great importance.
