beautiful experience with excellent bed

Very nice experience at this 3-star Pension ,
despite a toilet failure, they changed our room and they are very beautiful! The bed is the best bed I’ve ever had! For the 66 Euro Award it’s an excellent compromise,
If I have to find faults, it's the Leclerc that's next door and breaks with the beauty of the Inn.
Without hesitation I would go back

A little disappointed

Welcoming restaurant with decor but limited welcome from the staff...a server not at the top (spills wine on the table and napkins but does not clean or replace either). Forced to ask for cutlery for bread because he doesn't notice it, doesn't ask if everything was brief to review even if he remains young... dishes without much interest (still good but not transcendent) very simple and not very seasoned... I I would say that the restaurant could be more up to date and it's a shame to have this fireplace which is very beautiful but is of no use...
Tested once for my part but I remain skeptical, which is a shame.
The supporting photos are very pretty but you don't really feel it on the plate.
Good location though with ample parking.

Preferred if other hotels are full

The Inn is bin located along the canal of the center and not far from the city center The reception at the Inn was very friendly.
The room was very small, no air conditioning just a small electric fan.
Difficult to circulate in the room, the comfort of the bed was good.
The very small bathroom also with very little storage space, too bad.
Poor coordination of the different services, indeed after our first night, we had warned the reception at 2pm that our room had not been cleaned. The receptionist told us not to worry and that the room would be made in the afternoon. When we returned to the room, we had to note that the room had not been redone at all and as there was no one at the reception, we had to go get toilet paper on the ground floor.
The correct breakfast without more, no sweetener for diabetic for example, the service seems outdated.
At Check-out, the Pension Manager asked us how our stay went, we explained to him the concern encountered. After a telephone contact with the maintenance manager, she explained that the room had not been made because we had occupied the room until 5pm (although at 2pm we had reported the problem at the reception). As compensation, we were promised an attractive Award on a future Reservation.
But given the situation and the impractical room, I think we can find a better Pension in the same Award range.

Pleasant step

Very nice welcome. Choice of a large room on the canal side. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Close to downtown on foot. Walk along the canal pleasant.
What to park without problem, pity the parking is not closed, only small flat. Otherwise good establishment.
