Bathroom Issue
It’s been renovated but you can definitely see remnants of an old hotel. Best part, :the restaurant, worst part: bathroom. Poorly designed shower door causes a massive puddle in the bathroom with each use. Our friend in a different room had the same issue, so it’s not an isolated issue. The engineers came to check it out but there wasn’t anything they could do about it. When went through a ton of towels trying to block the leak and also clean it up. Every single time. The issue has been going on based on the rust and hardware build up on the shower framing.

This hotel is nice, and clean with good staff. Parking is a pain in the ass. It’s also very loud with room to room, street, and train noise all night.

Dining nightmare
For a supposedly marquee destination this is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever experienced. After waiting 15 minutes for a server, we had to go find one. My appetizer was undercooked, and my meal was served barely warm. I got the impression we were not welcome there.

Nice property, great room. Arrived late night to check in after reserving online. Gentleman at front counter had his feet kicked up and was bothered that he had to check us in. Very rude. Service at restaurant very slow.
