The best!!
One of the best places to stay- the amenities are great, location is prime, and staff is incredible! Jenna is hands down the best!!! She is so helpful and kind- she decorated our room prior to our arrival for my partners birthday- amazing!! And the housekeeping team kept our room nice and clean throughout the trip! Definitely coming back!!

Awesome Staff
The Marketplace Staff are AWESOME!!! Alkaren, Edna, Zonia, and Keyla are wonderful. They truly make my Mom and I feel like part of their family. They are truly kind. Always feel special when talking with them. Thank You!
And the check-in staff...thank you for helping us postpone a reservation until our car issue was resolved. THANK YOU!!!!!!! It was truly appreciated.

Exceptional Service During an Unexpected Emergency
I wasn’t able to stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista due to a sudden medical emergency, but I still wanted to share how incredible the service was — even from afar. I reached out last minute, fully expecting that I’d have to forfeit the cost of a non-refundable reservation, but Nick Olivas and the team went above and beyond to offer understanding, clarity, and compassion.
They promptly waived the cancellation fee and explained everything clearly, which was such a relief during an already stressful time. This level of care and professionalism speaks volumes about the values Hilton upholds. I’ve always chosen Hilton for my travels, and this experience only deepened my trust and appreciation.
Thank you again to Nick and the Hilton team — I can’t wait to stay here in the future under better circumstances.

Hotel lobby was nice, the rooms were a little out dated and use nicer sheets. My biggest complaint was I booked a room and when I got to the hotel they over booked and had to give me a different room that didn’t have the layout I paid for.

Great staff clean rooms
The hotel itself was great and everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and relatively updated.
The best part of our trip was Joel our server at John T’s. He was amazing and attentive and really made the bar after the conference a joy to head to. Thanks for a great experience!
