Wonderful, quiet airport hotel
First time stay (for us the hotel is quite new) and we loved every minute. Had a beautiful suite, club floor and drinks, snacks and breakfast was included. The hotel seems kilometers from an airport yet it was about a 5mns walk from the station at ZRH to get there. We will definitely stay there again when flying... it is truly a lovely hotel.

It was so great that we regretted not staying more than 2 days but that was part of our initial itinerary
Great location. Great suites. Breakfast was also lovely. And the Longue/Club experience was the cherry on top
Good to know that Hyatt still keeps its quality and standard over the years amongst its competitors such as Marriot Bonvoy. Would definitely stay again in the suite if we're in the city. If this is the standard Hyatt Regency has to offer, I'd REALLY want to check out what the Hyatt Park is like.

Although my stay was short, it was perfect and matched my expectations. Friendly staff, modern clean room, great bed and in room facilities. Highly recommended for an overnight stay at the airport

Nice hotel for airport transit
Friendly staffs and wonderful stay at the hotel. Checked in as globalist, got room upgrade and free breakfast. 15mins train ride to get into the city. Considering the location of the hotel, I would recommend folks who would take flights at ZRH airport to stay here - it’s only ~10mins away from the terminals.

Convenient and Comfortable
We stayed three nights and were given a Globalist Suite Upgrade at check-in. Thank you - we were very grateful. The suite was modern and comfortable. At check in, Carolin was most helpful and made sure that all preferences noted on my profile were fulfilled.
The Club Lounge is relatively small and sometimes unstaffed. There is an outside terrace which I imagine will be very pleasant in good weather. The evening food selection is limited but adequate. The drinks selection is normal. Breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant - with a good selection. In the lounge, Valeria was most helpful.
The hotel is very convenient both for flights and trains. It is very easy to make a day trip into the city. Tatiana helped with local knowledge - and even booked and printed travel tickets - much easier than negotiating with a ticket machine.
