Poor hostess attitude and emergency plans
During our stay we spent one night without water and two without power. When I tried to ask the hostess what contingency plan she had ie candles or emergency lighting or maybe water in drums we could use to flush the toilets or why she did not at least phone us to forewarn us, she shouted at us, got other guests involved in an argument with us and stormed off. The faults we reported to her a year ago when we last booked in were still present. We left facility after the second night with no power and found alternative accommodation as our customer had extended our stay for another week.

Poor Communication and Racial Discrimination
Our booking was for a premium room only to be booked in a standard room with No Tv, No Microwave, No Amenities in the bathroom and bedroom area,Bedroom linen doesn’t get changed,DISGUSTING POOL and a disrespectful manager who blames everything on David who doesn’t respond to texts or calls.
The Father who walks around with shorts has no manners nor manner of approach to things.
If you off colour you treated a certain way and you will be placed in 1 floor which is the ground and the white people get placed on the top floor where they are allowed to make noise but not the rest of us.
Should you consider booking also make sure to bring your own glasses to use,don’t swim after 3 because they pour chlorine without informing you when it’s clearly stated that the pool closes at 8.

Racist guesthouse
Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Gisela a very rude manager. She gave us a room downstairs while we booked upstairs, according to observations black people are not allowed in that place, only whites and other races are allowed and also given a priority to take rooms upstairs. The owner is racist. The manager poured chlorine inside the pool while we were preparing to come to swim knowing very well that the swimming rules at this property is from 7am to 8pm. We were planning to swim by 14pm and chlorine was all over the pool”

I didn’t get the opportunity to stay with them. They cancelled our stay apparently they had electricity issues.

A well appointed room for a guest house stay and suited our short stay requirements whist in the area. Nice tranquil area. Good value for the money at price point charged.
