サービスと清潔さ
ホステルは時間通りに空港に迎えに来なかったし、部屋には蚊がたくさんいるので一晩中眠れない。

Dear Lim, thank you very much for taking the time to review the services you experienced with Chameleon Backpackers. This always gives us a chance to examine how we handled your booking and how we can do better next time. I have thoroughly investigated your feedback and I can give feedback as follows:
1) Your airport transfer was booked and you were paired with another client arriving on the same plane. The other client came through and they were waiting for you, after 30 mins we were advised that you could not be found, the office was advised and the transfer left with the single client.
2) We then got phone calls from various companies stating you were waiting, therefore you approached various companies for the transfer and not the one that had your name displayed, they quoted you more as you were now having to pay the single rate and not the sharing rate. You did not want to pay the rate requested by those companies.
3) Once we were notified that you had actually arrived and come through customs we asked our 2nd transfer company, who you had already spoken to, to bring you in but you refused the single rate quoted. This delayed your departure from the airport approx 60 minutes.
4) You had booked a safari through Chameleon Safaris and they had requested your flight details twice before you arrived and you had not responded to them, this airport transfer would have been free as it is part of your safari price. Anyone reading this should always respond to requests of this nature to ensure you receive included services in safaris that you have pre-booked.
5) The Lovebird Room, is our rustic thatch bungalow and very popular with the guests, pls see review 2 down. It is equipped with both an air-conditioning unit and a ceiling fan which are used to ensure you are not bothered by mosquitoes.
6) This is Africa, this is the wet season, mosquitoes are part of the experience but do not have to be if you use the equipment supplied in your room, to make your stay more comfortable.
I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, perhaps others reading this response will be better equipped to enjoy their stay with us, safe travels and we hope you enjoyed your stay in Namibia.

Very Good Hotel
BBQ、朝食を作る可能性はあまり素敵ではありませんが、キッチンはすべての人に開かれています。気さくに過ごすことができます。近くの大きなショッピングセンター。

The evening meal offerings are designed to give a healthy meal option with local sourced ingredients and breakfast is a basic continental to ensure that you have something to eat before heading out for your adventures. There is also a great cafe round the corner for those that require something more substantial to start the day. Safe travels and hope we see you again.

非常にリラックスした、手頃な価格で快適な滞在場所
2泊しました。ゼブラで1泊とラブバードでq泊。どちらの部屋もファンとエアコン、専用バスルーム付き。どちらの部屋もとても快適でした。ラブバードはバルコニーで素敵なスイングをしていて、とても楽しかったです。とてもいい人に出会いました。共用部分が多いので、簡単につながります。キッチンエリアも広く、冷蔵庫や備え付けの箱に自分の食べ物を収納できます。朝はベーシックな朝食が提供されますが、大きなモールで簡単に買える自分のもので豪華な朝食まで補うことができますか？ホステルから徒歩わずか10分です。プールはきれいで素敵です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。バーエリアは素晴らしく、価格もとてもリーズナブルです。
毎朝9時にチップベースのシティツアーに参加し、ナミビアの歴史と独立への道についてすべてを知ることができます。とても興味深い（でも悲しい ） 。
改善すべき点があれば、新しい鍋や鍋を買うこと、バーを閉める時間を固定することをお勧めしたい。今では、それは異なる時間に両方の夜と1夕方9時にすでに閉じられました。残念だったな

The bar should call last drinks at 21h45 and close at 22h00, so I will check who was on duty and why the bar was closed at different times. We have recently added new pots and pans, but will review the situation and see what improvements we can make.
