According to government policy, all guests must present a vaccination certificate in the MySejahtera app. For vaccines with two doses (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, or Sinovac), guests will be considered fully vaccinated after the 14th day of receiving the second dose. For single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson or CanSino), guests will be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving the vaccine. Guests are only allowed to travel with non-vaccinated dependents who are 18 years old and under if they are members of the same household. According to government policy, hotels are now open for staycations and any other travel purposes. Hotels can only accept guests (including children) who are categorized as low risk on the MySejahtera app and those who have been vaccinated. For all non-vaccinated guests, if relevant travel documents cannot be provided, such as a travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter), company letter, or MITI letter, you may not be permitted to check in at the hotel. Cancellations will be subject to the hotel's policies and guidelines.
