夫と私は十分に幸運この素敵な場所ウルビーノ " 滞在中に存在するお待ちしていました。 オーナーはとてもおいしかったです。 してくれてくれました私たちをとても歓迎されているようでは、限られたイタリア忍耐強く接してくれました !
私達の部屋は快適で、素晴らしい景色が見えました渓谷の向かいにあります。 私たちが今まで幸運なことまた行きたいウルビーノを訪れるのに十分なているなら私たちは絶対コッレヴェに行きます。

素敵な部屋だが、全てが有料です
私たちはこのホテルが提供してくれました ( プール ) 写真や設備をベースにしたこのホテル予約を認めます booking.com で予約しました。 追加料金を取られていることに驚きはプールは使用しました。 (35 ユーロ )1 時間につき料金を請求させていただきます。その後 1 人につきタオル 2.50 ユーロ ) ますが、バスローブにつき 5 ユーロ。 私もかなりうるさい方を見つけました。 この小さな町にあるカントリーハウスである。 ませんが、贅沢な場所です ! 1 泊につき 115 ユーロで私たちはルーム ( 大人 2&1 小さい子供 )3 を支払いました。 安くはないですが特に追加を支払うことになっている !!! シングルはありません ( 無料 )!!! 水 すべてがお金がかかります。 私たち卓球もできました場合は中に予約していたと話していたので要求しました。 私たちは最初の人から「テーブルテニスだと言われました。 2 名様と言っていました。 ( 私達はそれからチェックアウト時に明日 ) を持ってきてくれましたします。

ひどいサービス
私は、カップル・マッサージを予約していました。 プールにしばらく滞在しした後、出口をでて、準備をするため、私達のメッセージをお願いしていました。 私の夫はルームに私は、化粧室に行きましたされていました。 私は、化粧室のて出てきたときに私がお手伝いをいたしません。 私 (Sara) 受付まで、直接アクセスできる、彼女とお願いしました。部屋を表示します。 ( 友達のように ) 彼女は他の宿泊客に面倒をみていました待たされたので、と言いました。 私浸したタオルを包んだ。 フロントのスタッフは、友達と会話が終わった後、彼女は私の部屋に行きました。 部屋の中に 30 分待たされましたが、 1 つはありませんてくれました。 こんなに待たなければなりませんするかと言われたかの受理後、どんなタイプでした。 30 分を凍えるほど寒かったことがありますが、ここを着替えることに決めました。 は否定的な体験を避けたいすれば --- ここへ来てはいけません。 ここに予約をしてはいけない。 すぐれた顧客サービスを提供しているのか理解できません。

I am really sorry for the fact that you haven’t been well in our country house and I really regret reading your negative words. I regret to explain you once again that you didn’t book a couple massage: I want you to know that we do not practice the all body massage for the couple. Certainly there should have been a communication problem, you could have asked me to speak in English in order not to create misunderstandings, also because I have a degree in Foreign languages. Following our attitude, working with both guests in the hotel and with external people, as you are, considering the numerous affluence during Christmas time , we have tried to work with professionality and politeness in the best way as possible. I am sorry that you perceived the relax after hydro massage pool, on a warm and comfortable little bed, like “freezing for 30 minutes”. Except your last minute decision not to have the massage and you not really polite behavior for us and for the other customers, you haven’t been neither charged the price of the service not given. I would also like to tell you that your husband was really satisfied by the end of the massage for the service and he used to tell us congratulations with our masseuse, but he could neither drink the infusion that he had between his hands.

Mi dispiace di doverLe spiegare ancora una volta che non ha prenotato un massaggio di coppia: ribadisco nuovamente che il massaggio intero corpo di coppia non lo eseguiamo. Sicuramente c’è stato un problema di comunicazione, sarebbe bastato che mi chiedesse di parlare in inglese, e forse non ci sarebbero stati problemi di incomprensione anche perché sono laureata in Lingue.
Come da nostra consuetudine lavorando sia con gli ospiti dell’albergo, sia con gli esterni come Lei, considerata la grande affluenza del periodo natalizio, abbiamo cercato di lavorare con massima professionalità e cortesia. Mi dispiace che abbia percepito il relax post idromassaggio - su un comodo e riscaldato lettino - come “freezing for 30 minutes”. Nonostante la sua decisione dell’ultimo minuto di non effettuare il massaggio e il suo comportamento non propriamente educato nei confronti nostri e degli altri clienti, non le è stato neppure addebitato il costo del mancato servizio. Vorrei inoltre precisare che suo marito al termine del massaggio era entusiasta del trattamento ricevuto e si è ripetutamente complimentato con l’operatrice, ma non ha potuto neanche bere la tisana che aveva in mano.

Weekend of relaxation
Hotel in a great position to reach the beautiful citadel of urbino and with beautiful views of the hills during breakfast, but in my opinion not to be considered a 4 star!!!
Lack of night porter, paid spa and overpriced for what it offers.
Unprofessional waitress on the floors since il.letto we had to redo it for all 2 days ...
Really nice and professional ladies at the reception and the lady in the breakfast room who was in charge of the bar. (I would only recommend improving the.buffet )
Anyway nel.complexo we spent a pleasant stay

Recommended structure: cleanliness, kindness, comfort, tranquility, good breakfast
I was at this property on 25/07/2024 passing through for a traveling trip.
The structure is very nice, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, is located a few kilometers from Urbino (parking space available).
Good sweet and savory breakfast, which includes homemade cakes by the owner, to be enjoyed on a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view.
I was just passing through so I slept only one night in a single room, not very large but clean, fragrant and equipped with all comforts.
I did not use the services of the SPA (for a fee), but I noticed various outdoor areas (with sun and shade) with sofas and sunbeds and tables and chairs available to all guests.
The staff very kind, helpful and very competent in illustrating useful directions for visiting the place, especially the owner a Mrs really welcoming and cute (I greet), with whom I had a pleasant conversation at breakfast (we even exchanged recipes). I would definitely recommend this place.
