最高のロケーション

このホテルは最高のホテルの 1 つサン・セベロに。 部屋は広々していて、清潔で、経営陣はとっても明るかったれている鉄道の駅からはバスの駅近くにはわずか 50 メートルほど、サン・ジョバンニ・ロトンドのような (S.the Padre Pio Sanctuary lucera など ) 場所に行くことができる。 トルコ旅行しましたから、ヨーロッパ、イタリアのほとんどが、このホテルは最高のホテル宿泊先まで、料金でした。 充実したお薦めのホテル。

素敵で静かな滞在

私はこのホテルに 2 泊することをお勧めします。 すべてが完璧な、清潔感がありました。 部屋は大きく、清潔感がありました。 スタッフはフレンドリーでプロのサービスを提供している。 朝食はまあまあ’ s がある。 このホテルの 1 つまた入りたいと思いましたサン・セベロでの滞在があるなら ) がある。

Smoke Smelly Room and Receptionist Not Professional at All

I book on the phone a double for one night and ask for guarantee of having the garage. I arrive and the receptionist immediately calls me you, denies that a place in the garage had been confirmed (telling me that she would update me in case it vacated) and gives me the room card. I walk in and the fan was making an incredible noise, fortunately the receptionist gives me another room. I come in in a hurry and stay a half hour to make some urgent business calls. However the air was unbearable... there was an incredible smoke stench and in fact the room was devoid of fire sensor and moreover in the garbage bag in the room I found an empty cigarette pack that probably belonged to the previous guest. The receptionist could not change my room again because of this half hour spent making business calls. So I ask you for a coffee and a bottle of water. It reminds me in a very rude way that the water was present in the mini bar in the room (as if it were a crime to get another one) but in reality the minibar had not been filled and was completely empty. The living room improved slightly because I had the place in the garage and the bottles of water and coffee were not charged. However, the receptionist was unprofessional from the start and very grumpy. The only positive note is the location, very central.

Fanelli group!….la classe non è acqua!

I have been visiting this hotel for years as for family reasons I am in San Severo every month. Every time excellent staff, service and room! I sincerely thank you for the hospitality that is reserved.All the staff responds to various requests making you feel like a special guest! Worthy of praise is the kitchen of the B&B da Biagio (same Owner of the Giancola Hotel) which I highly Recommendation to those who want a personalized experience! Continuate così!!!!!!

Can be improved with little

Very kind staff at reception both in the evening and on the night shift
Hotel next to the station
Room equipped with the bare minimum
Without secret services or complimentary two bottles of welcome water in the mini bar
Very noisy air conditioning
Breakfast to be left alone inedible
