Try it also for the excellent cuisine.
Immediately impressed by the beautiful valley vigezzo We stopped at this hotel, everything is well cared for you Note a modern environment probably recently renovated, excellent The 'Welcome of the Manager and staff, Enjoying a Restaurant we tried the cuisine Good pizzas but try the generous cutlet Milanese. We will definitely be back.

Average...very low though!
I just stayed at the hotel and dined à la carte because the management did not find any solution to fit the dinner in a half Pension package.
So I make a personal full judgment on the offer and I do not express myself below average because the hotel has great potential, but at the moment unexpressed.
Ample parking in the back where there are other houses with applications on the gate of non-existent parking signs. Pay no attention.
The hotel is all renovated and freshly painted in white and gray with maison décor of monde that make it pleasant.
Small, low, cramped rooms: to recover space where cables and pipes can pass for power and more, ceiling lights with plasterboard works have been lowered.
Result that the temperature is very warm perhaps ideal for winter but not this season. The rooms have neither air conditioning nor fan and those facing west are extremely hot even at night.
Leaving the windows open you can hear the noises coming from the nearby bar and the station for passing trains.
Small but functional bathroom with tilting window.
The television of the room did not take signals: for 150 euros a night with breakfast at least the television deserved a check.
Rooms too small to hold a minibar and cupboards too small to hold winter clothing and change for two or three days.
Good breakfast. Good, it only applies to the commitment of the staff because the rest seemed very much the Riviera hotel offer, but with only one star. Maximum two.
In the evening we had dinner in the à la carte hotel with 4 excellent tartare appetizers, two first courses, a second course and a pizza about some agree with the judgment of a colleague TA who says that the dough is too sweet not to contain sugars that accelerate the leavening.
First of dumplings quite "gnucchi" and a boiled lake fish without art or part. 200 euros of dinner in four is not a gift and still does not enhance the quality.
I will not return at least in the short because the country and the surroundings offer better solutions.
In my opinion there are things to review and improve but with speed so as not to lose the advantage of novelty.
There are no second chances to make a first good impression.

Spectacular
If I could have given more stars I would have. The property is gorgeous totally renovated with top rooms. Top food, when I arrived (I had Half Pension breakfast and dinner) I ate as if I were restaurant customer and the food is something spacey. The last night for dinner I asked if it was possible to eat their pizza and I tasted it and it is spectacular, well cooked, tasty and not heavy at all (there are pizzas that stay on your stomach sometimes ). It is a Hotel I Recommendation to everyone because everything there is so relaxing and beautiful. Finally the staff and the owner friendly and kind people who make you feel at home, hospitable and extremely available. I repeat if you want to stay in val vigezzo booked in this structure you will not regret it.

New room, modern and very comfortable. Also excellent dinner. The only flaw in the location as it is located on the road leading to Re and Santa Maria Maggiore and close to the Vigezzina railway, Four days lived in tranquility and I can safely recommend it to those planning to stay overnight in the area.
