Wonderful and entertaining
We spent a wonderful and entertaining evening yesterday as part of the Krim Dinner.
The menu was refined and finely tuned to the individual courses. There was a delicious pumpkin soup, a tender guinea fowl breast with homemade potato gratin and buttery Kaiserschmarr'n.
The maître of the hotel, the hotel manager, led the evening from start to finish with charming wit, expertise, perfect timing and made every special request possible.
What a boon: no phrases, no staged performance. Instead, as much seriousness as necessary, as much shalk as possible, in an uncramped effort for each guest.
The dedicated service staff were pleasantly unobtrusive, but always present, friendly and courteous.
We will definitely come back.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, großer Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer. Küche aber eine Katastrophe.
Habe hier geschäftlich übernachtet und den Fehler gemacht, um 18:15 in das hauseigene Restaurant zu gehen. Das Fleisch war zäh wie eine Schuhsohle, die Auswahl sehr spärlich. Auf den Hinweis reagierte der Manager des Hauses mit frechen Ausreden und vollkommen frei von Selbstkritik, das ist schade.
