It sounds like you made the most of everything we offer, from the e-bikes for exploring the city to the breakfast (it’s hard to beat a relaxed morning with food until 11:30, right?). And yes, the direct connection to the airport with the S1 and S8 is such a game-changer for convenience!

良いことも悪いことも素晴らしいことです。
良いこと：
素晴らしいロケーション、超クールな雰囲気、非常に清潔、シャワーの水の温度と圧力は素晴らしい、無料のミニバー（素晴らしい選択ではありませんが、ちょっと、無料です ） 、 素敵な厚いタオル、良いマットレス。
The not - so - good:照明は恐ろしく暗い - 廊下は暗くてほとんど安全とは感じない、コーナークローゼットの中は黒く中身を見る光がない、部屋の照明はとても黄色で肌のトーンに奇妙なキャストを与える、メイクを施すためのまともな光がない、だから小さなコンパクトで窓際にメイクをする準備をしなさい。
素晴らしいのはボイラーマンバーは素晴らしいです!石鹸、化粧水、ボディウォッシュ、どれも信じられない臭いがする。用意されたリュックサックは、買い物を運ぶのにとても便利でした。ハビーが説得して 自分のために買おうとしてる

First, let me say how happy we are to hear that you found so much to love about your experience! From our central location to the clean rooms, great water pressure, comfy beds, and those fabulous thick towels, it sounds like you got to enjoy some of the details we take pride in. The free minibar may be small, but we agree – it’s always nice to have a little extra treat on the house.
We also appreciate your honesty about the lighting. Your feedback is truly valuable, as we aim to create a unique and cozy atmosphere that works for every guest. It seems like we missed the mark a bit when it comes to functionality. We’ll make sure to pass your thoughts about the hallway and room lighting on to our team. We’ll look into ways to improve, especially for practical needs like makeup application – we totally get how important that is!
And last but certainly not least – we're thrilled that you loved the fabulous Boilerman Bar and the little extras like the heavenly-smelling toiletries and our signature backpack. It’s so nice to know that it came in handy for your market shopping!

thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback with us! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the convenience of our location right by the train station and appreciated the complimentary minibar as well as the room upgrade.
We wanted to address some of your points and hopefully provide some helpful insights for the future. From our Large category rooms and above, you’ll find a desk available for working or organizing your belongings. We completely understand how useful this would have been for you, and we’re sorry your medium room didn’t quite meet your needs in this regard.
Regarding the issue with the shower, we're really sorry to hear about the inconvenience it caused during your stay. If we had known, we would have gladly sent our technicians to check on it immediately or offered you a different room to ensure your comfort.
As for the wine, it’s always available for purchase in our restaurant (NENI), the Boilerman Bar, or our 24/7 shop, which is conveniently located in the lobby.
You’re absolutely right that our hotel is centrally located in the heart of Munich, which makes getting around the city both a benefit and a bit of a challenge depending on the sights you’re planning to visit. While many attractions are within a short walk or public transport ride, we understand this might feel far for some guests. A little research beforehand can definitely help manage expectations and make for smoother planning.
