A hidden gem
A hidden gem! We had the best stay, my husband and two kids age 5 and 8. Very friendly staff, amazing facilities and both dinner and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Truly great value for money! I can highly recommend going to the outdoor pool area!

좋은 애완동물 친화적인 호텔
밤에 방문하는 동안 몇 몇 친구들이 지역. 오스트리아 를 여행하기에 아주 좋은 위치와 근처 (차로 15분) 에 대한. 게스트 하우스 오프 배발생캘러스를 호텔에 같은 이름의 코너 쪽입니다. 모든 편의 시설은 발코니가 있는 방. 단점은 메인 호텔에 가서 아침 식사를 하고, 스파 시설이 있지만 사용할 수도 있습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하고 풍부한, 일찍 가서 하고 싶지 않다면 부족한 크로와상! 누구에게나 추천합니다 특히 높은 가격이 관광 지역에 대한 여행지 (없는 경우 전송!).

The best part of this hotel… was leaving!
Disgusting.
Arrived at this hotel today whilst on a long tour with work around Europe. The “welcome” was less than hospitable.
The room was covered in dust (like someone had been sanding in the room). Dirt and old towels on the bathroom floor, cigarettes and stains on the toilet and multiple sets of used/old bedding on the bed!
When I approached reception, one guy said ‘15 minutes and the room will be clean’ - (absolutely no way the room would be properly clean within 15 minutes!), the other older guy smirked and shrugged his shoulders.
After approximately 45/50 minutes, I was told my room was ready and a very nice guy helped me back to the room with my luggage. However, I went back upstairs to find the cleaners in the room panic cleaning the place. Merely a surface clean (and a very ‘surface’ one at that!). The level of cleanliness they deem appropriate is very different to any hospitality establishment I’ve ever stayed in (already stayed in 20 on this tour alone- this is by FAR the worst!). The floor is still covered in dust, the toilet is filled with the plaster that had been all over the floor, stains on the sink and the colour of the tissue I used to wipe the ‘clean’ was disgusting. I brought sanitiser and cleaner in from Salzburg Arena (where we had been working that night!) to try and clean some of the room myself and I had to put a towel over the pillow as you can see stains on the pillow. To top it all off - no curtains!!
This room (31) seems unfinished to me and absolutely not fit to sell to customers. Actually, the whole hotel seems like it’s undergoing some renovations and isn’t fit for purpose at the moment.
Had I not been here with a large group/work booking- I would have moved hotels in an instant.
Not to mention the interrogation some of my colleagues faced when entering the restaurant… being asked “where are you from?” and only allowing them to sit at certain tables?! Horrendous behaviour.
It’s a shame, the hotel looks *so* charming and welcoming from the outside and it sits in a beautiful location. The experience has been an utter let down, I’ll be glad to get out of here!

Rupertihof hui, Ruperti Gästehaus naja
Wir waren für drei Nächte aufgrund der guten Bewertungen im Gästehaus untergebracht. Allerdings besteht zwischen dem eigentlichen Haupthaus Rupertihof, für das hier irreführender Weise die Kritiken auch für das Gästehaus genannt werden und eben dem Gästehaus ein großer Unterschied. Ist der Rupertihof mit gutem Frühstück und Schwimmbadangebot wirklich einladend, erinnert das Gästehaus mit sehr einfachen Zimmern eher an einen mittleren bis gehobeneren Jugendherbergsstandard ohne Service. Ins Gästehaus würden wir kein zweites Mal reisen. Eine Unterscheidung der beiden Häuser wäre zur Orientierung hilfreich.
