Live and enjoy like God in France!
True to this motto, we spent an extraordinary and almost unbeatable weekend at Salon Boyer in Epernay. The warm communication in advance was already more than confirmed at the reception! Sabrina and Francois are such wonderful hosts and people who are difficult to find in this day and age. We were taken care of like true kings!- no matter if when bringing the suitcases to the rooms (3 floors!), parking the car, the full room service (including sauna in the room for the return unsolicited preheated, refrigerator refill,...), the Help center in finding restaurants and sights in the area, the arrangement for breakfast,....this service was first class!!!!- THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!!
The Salon Boyer is very centrally located in the middle of Epernay, all within walking distance in a short time (max. 5 min.) can be reached. Actually, it looks like a noble country house in the middle of the city. When you enter the salon, you can’t escape the wonder, so overwhelming are the high rooms, stairs, ballrooms, furnishings and decoration; a charm that you only find in castles. The rooms (we saw all 4) are so beautiful, we would have loved to move every night. We chose the chambre romance, it was a dream! Again spectacular furnishings and decoration, great beds, a matching spacious bathroom (separate toilet, sauna!, hammam!), high rooms, refrigerator, WiFi, coffee machine,...), electric and opaque blinds, safe,...can't list everything, great mixture of tradition and modernity.
You (and woman too) just have to experience this oasis of Savoir Vivre once and treat yourself, but above all to meet such unique hosts!!!- We will definitely come back.

Magnificent stay
It was a magnificent stay. The hotel was very nice old building with all necessary facilities. The owners did everything they could to give us a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend this location and will definitely go back.

Brunch with friends at the Boyer salon
Despite the disastrous weather conditions, we had a great time.
Very warm welcome upon our arrival, kindness of the staff. Installation in a living room with a very cozy atmosphere. Variety in the dishes offered, the drinks, we appreciated the “Boyer” champagne vintage. We recommend this quality establishment, it hosted Madame Catherine Deneuve during a film shoot.

Amazing, eclectic hotel with wonderful owners!
An amazingly quirky and brilliant hotel, run by the loveliest couple!
From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were fabulously looked after by Sabrina and Jean Francois. The rooms are truly epic, food excellent, hospitality amazing. My wife and I, our grown up sons and our ancient miniature schnauzer had the best time here. A great base from which to visit the champagne houses of Epernay. There's off-road parking too, so you're guaranteed a spot.
Should be rated 5*. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. We will be back.
