This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Diana's Luxury Accommodation does not accepting business credit card, the credit card has to match the address on the reservation and the ID presented at the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note, guests paying by credit cards will be charged an extra 2%. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation only at the Check-in moment. Please note that the official check-in time is 2:00 PM up until midnight. Guests are free to drop off luggage ahead of check-in time. For early check-in, please reach out to the property. The payment will be processed by Diana's Luxury Accommodation. Credit cardholder must match guest name. Local tourists from 120km around Vancouver are not allowed to come to accommodation nor book the property. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Only Diana's Luxury Accommodation will collect payment for your reservations with cash, mastercard, visa or direct debit.
